At Wipro, I served as a Senior UX Engineer embedded in high-stakes financial and educational projects. Working with global banks and internal innovation teams, I helped drive front-end architecture, UX modernization, and design system implementation across enterprise-grade React applications.

My Role

• Built a high-security React + Redux app for UBS to validate securities in real time under insider trading and M&A restrictions.
• Directed a UX engineering team through the redesign of Buildit’s internal educational portal, delivering validated prototypes and production-ready code.
• Co-created a cross-platform experimentation framework for lightweight UX testing—enabling rapid iteration and measurable impact.
• Led a global team on a React + TypeScript-based financial services platform built atop microservices, improving task flow and reducing user friction.
• Championed reusable component architecture and accessibility (WCAG), boosting dev velocity and increasing usability scores by 25%.
• Recruited and mentored offshore engineers, delivering projects on time while maintaining high design fidelity and code quality.
