Overview

At TEKsystems, I joined a specialized R&D team within Williams-Sonoma to prototype next-gen ecommerce features. My role centered around rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and UI instrumentation for analytics across four major retail brands.

My Role

• Prototyped and A/B tested experimental ecommerce features using React, accelerating the experimentation cycle by 15%.
• Co-developed a Gift Splitting feature from concept to production, boosting cart conversions by an estimated 8–12%.
• Built a real-time pub/sub analytics system for the Cross-Brand Registry, enabling session-level tracking of 25+ UI components.
• Developed adaptive test components for product pages that dynamically adjusted layouts using inventory data and CSS Grid.
• Reduced mobile bounce rates by 10–15% by refactoring the Store Locator with responsive layouts and modern CSS patterns.
• Wrote and maintained unit tests across five brand codebases in Jest, reducing visual regressions by 30% sprint-over-sprint.
